We have had so many things going on the past couple months!
First, Suzuki Violin & Viola Graduations were on Saturday, February 9, 2019. I am so proud of all my graduating students. You have worked so hard and did such a fantastic job!
The following Saturday, February 16, we had our Practice Recitals for Federation. There were 4 practice recitals, and each student performed all of their Federation pieces, and were adjudicated. These recitals all went really well, but were also a fantastic learning experience. The students and I took the judging sheets from these recitals and used them as our focus to finish fine-tuning our solos for Federation.
Federation (finally) was on Saturday March 16. The students have worked very hard over the past few months to prepare and they did a fantastic job! Several judges came up to me afterward and complimented the students from my studio as a whole. A couple students really stood out to a couple judges who complimented them on specific things they had done. Overall, I am very pleased with their performances!!
